Snavely's Mill

DanCo was responsible for this design-build project which took a period of 14 months to complete. We designed and engineered the entire project from concept to completion. Our excellent communication and time management enabled us to complete this project within a time period that satisfied the customer. DanCo employees had zero lost days in the field and demonstrated our commitment to quality and to exceeding our customers' expectations. We are proud to say that since the initial project, Snavely's Mill has been a repeat customer, hiring us to complete additional improvements at their property.

All Seasons Farm Greenhouse

DanCo was excited to be a part of this innovative structure at an aquaponics farm committed to producing healthy food for their community. Fresh water fish and prawns are raised inside a modern aquaculture facility and our herbs, vegetables and fruits are grown within a state-of-the-art, insulated greenhouse constructed by DanCo.

Garden State Bulb Greenhouse

DanCo erected this 32,000 square foot pre-engineered structure for this wholesale supplier of premium flower bulbs and bare root perennials.

After a devastating fire for this bulk milk & milk product transporter, DanCo was called in to develop plans for and rebuild their primary business location. Throughout the project the DanCo team worked diligently and expediently with the insurance company, township representatives and the customer to obtain the necessary permits, finances and best design for the customer's needs and special requests to get them up and running as soon as possible.

Kenney Riding Arena

DanCo Construction made improvements to this horse boarding and equine show arena. We were involved in weatherproofing the building and adding spouting & trim.

Mill-Garden, Vineland, NJ

FedEx, Barrington, NJ

This multi-stage contract involved structural improvements to existing buildings and adding new usable space. Additionally, once on site, DanCo was contracted to erect an additional maintenance building for the FedEx Corporation.

Havis, Inc., Warminster, PA

DanCo Construction erected a 35,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building for this mobile office solutions provider.

Gap Power, Gap, PA

DanCo was responsible for the initial design-build project in 2005 which took 14 months to complete. We designed and engineered the entire project from concept to completion. In 2016, DanCo was again contracted for consultation, management and building of an addition for this fast growing company. Our excellent communication and time management enabled us to complete both projects in a timely way that satisfied the customer.

Dollar General, PA & NJ

Maple Donuts, York, PA

When this community landmark was adding to their corporate headquarters, DanCo erected a 10,000 square foot addition including insulated wall and roof panels. Our crews were happy to comply with the food safety regulations when working within their facility.

Chewy.com, New Kingstown, PA

DanCo was involved in this major renovation project for this national online retailer. Renovations included converting an old warehouse into usable space for this Pet Lovers retailer. The space was overhauled to reflect the highest quality standards on which Chewy.com has built their business.

McCarthy Tire & Automotive Center, Trainer, PA

DanCo erected this pre-engineered building for this growing tire & fleet service retailer and was able to accommodate additional requests as the project progressed through its final phases.

After a fire loss, the owners contracted DanCo to consult, manage and build a replacement commercial space building. Throughout the project the DanCo team worked diligently with the insurance company, township representatives and the customer to obtain the necessary permits, finances and best design for the customer's needs, as well as honoring special requests to get them up and running as soon as possible. In fact, our crews and subcontractors finished 30 days ahead of schedule.

From initial design to finished product, DanCo was the lead contractor on this flex space 26,000 square foot warehouse. By developing relationships with the owner, future tenant, township authorities and subcontractors, DanCo was able to erect this project over the course of six months to the satisfaction of all involved.

Superior Plastics, New Holland, PA

DanCo was responsible for this multimillion-dollar architectural design from concept to the final carpentry and trim work. DanCo saw the project through the original takeoff, designing, engineering and completion, while managing 12 subcontractors. Efficient project management enabled DanCo and the subs to perform at optimum levels with the customer's priorities and timeline our focus. During the seven-month project, there were no accidents reported and we remained on budget. While managing the subcontractors, it was essential to maintain daily communication to ensure work was being performed in a timely manner, within budget and with safety as the highest priority.

Pierce Aluminum, Warminster, PA

In erecting this 54,000 square foot pre-engineered building for the marine and military aluminum supplier, DanCo was able to install the necessary insulated wall panels, crane rails, and dozens of skylights.

Georgetown Hydraulics, Christiana, PA

DanCo erected a new facility for this hydraulic systems equipment and supplies company and also performed a reroof on their existing building.

NWL Transformers, Bordentown, NJ

DanCo contracted a challenging 5,000 square-foot addition for this power conversion provider. While space was limited, and tying into the existing building was required, our crews were able to execute the work within the expected time frame.

Beiler Hydraulics, Leola, PA

DanCo completed the construction of the first building in 2012 over a period of 4 months with 5 subcontractors on site. The project was completed at the quoted cost, with zero lost days in the field. The customer felt our work exceeded his expectations therefore requested additional work of a crane rail installation.

DanCo was also able to save the customer on the total cost of the project, which resulted in future work. Our open communication with the customer and subcontractors allowed us to finish this project on time from the initial design, engineering, and concrete footing to final completion.

Zarephath Christian Church, Zarephath, NJ

DanCo crews worked through inclement weather over the course of several months to get this steel erection project completed for the contractor and customer. The ministry center is now an impactful part of the community in which they serve.

Graybill Bus, Manheim, PA

DanCo erected a 33,000 square foot pre-engineered school bus facility for this community-based company serving thousands of school students on a daily basis.

Weavertown Mennonite School Gymnasium, Bird-in-Hand, PA

The DanCo team served as general contractor for this 10,000 square foot wood/masonry addition to the K-8 school. By working with qualified subcontractors, school board and township authorities, DanCo was able to complete this project within the time constraints of the summer vacation schedule.

Bethel Church, Narvon, PA

DanCo's owner, Dan King, served as the lead project manager on this new ministry facility. Along with our office staff, he was able to consult with and provide direction to subcontractors and volunteers so that they could complete their project in a timely and cost-effective manner.

East Earl Township, PA

DanCo was responsible for an enclosed 21,000 square foot building from the steel framing, roofing, wall sheeting and trim. The quality of this worked helped build DanCo's reputation as a leader in the industry due to our ability to meet the demands of the customer while keeping employee safety a top priority. DanCo employees demonstrated teamwork by accomplishing this steel project in a three-month time period. This is yet another project with zero lost days and no safety violations.

Palmer Township, PA

DanCo was contracted to supply and erect the pre-engineered metal building for this public works contract. Our office staff was able to assist the owner and primary contractor with the order requirements through our strong relationship with the metal building manufacturers. Field crews were tasked with specialized installations including a lean-to, crane beam and mezzanine.

Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA

DanCo was tasked with a multiphase project on this federal public works contract. Numerous barracks were given a facelift including roof-over-roof installation and new siding for our military personnel's living quarters.
